At ToyVs we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in time.

All orders coming in until 16:00 will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be shipped after the weekend.

Delivery time for Benelux and Germany is 1-3 business days, other countries in Europe 3-5 business days.

Orders being placed from the following dates will be delayed with shipping.

- Monday 06.06.2022, shipped on Tuesday 07.06.2022
- Monday 26.09.2022 until Tuesday 27.09.2022, shipped on Wednesday 28.09.2022
- Tuesday 04.10.2022 until Wednesday 05.10.2022, shipped on Thursday 06.10.2022
- Monday 09.10.2022 until Tuesday 18.10.2022, shipped Wednesday 19.10.2022

When you choose “in-store pick up” at checkout, your order will not be shipped to your house. It will be sent to our store to pick up when you’re ready.

Our location is ToyV's, Statielei 11, 2640 Mortsel, and your order will be ready 4 hours after you’ve placed your order.

We have shipping options available if you’re looking to have your order shipped to an address. Please bear in mind you will be charged with shipping costs.
